The general process of UV ballast production
1. Purchase raw materials, classify and test them, and send them to the workshop on the first floor.
2. Through the automatic paste scraping machine (also known as screen printing machine) to the board on the tin sheet, we have a total of three such machines, one is fully automatic, one is semi-automatic, one is manual, respectively suitable for different batches, of which the fully automatic machine is produced by Panasonic.
3. Attach chips to the board through the automatic chip placement machine, the brand of the automatic chip placement machine is Samsung.
4. After attaching the chip, weld the required materials together by reflow soldering.
5. Check whether the welding is successful through AOI detection machine (full name automatic optical detector), and hit the unsuccessful board back to redo or repair.
6. Send the successfully detected board to the 2nd floor for plug-in operation.
7. Wave soldering after inserting the piece, some products also need to be twice wave soldering.
8. After wave soldering, it is also necessary to carry out eye inspection and pick out the unreasonable rework of welding.
9. Charge test to find out the unqualified uv ballasts.
10. Assembly, gluing products also need to get the automatic gluing machine on the fourth floor for gluing.
11. The use of automatic aging machine aging test and finished product test.
12. Packing uv ballasts into the warehouse, waiting for delivery.
